Since 2024, we’ve been successfully hosting tournaments – each one defined by fair fights, technical fencing, and a strong community. No matter the weapon, beginner or experienced fencer: our events offer a professional setting and a welcoming atmosphere. Here’s an overview of all past tournaments.
Vindobona Bosch 2024
Our first tournament, Vindobona Bosch 2024Vindobona Bosch 2024, was held during the Autumn Equinox and marked a successful start to our tournament series. With two disciplines – longsword und sabre longsword and saber – and a total of 16 participants, the event featured intense bouts, fair competition, and a strong sense of community. A great kickoff for many tournaments to come!
WLMS 2025
In March 2025, together with INDES Vienna and Sprezzatura, we organized the first official Viennese Championship in historical fencing in years. rapier und longsword A total of 58 fencers from several countries competed in the rapier and longsword categories. The collaboration between the three clubs made this event a true highlight for the Vienna HEMA scene.
Vindobona Bosch 2025
Vindobona Bosch returns in 2025 Vindobona Bosch – this time as an international tournament with over 150 slots across five categories: longsword (Open & Women’s), saber (Open & Women’s), and Mixed Longsword Team. Once again, during the Autumn Equinox, Vienna will become a hub for the HEMA community from Austria and beyond.
