• birthday
• Contact details (e.g. email address)
• Club affiliation
• Type of tournament participation
• Tournament results

The processing of this data takes place for the following purposes:

1. Organization and execution of tournament participation (Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
2. Publication of tournament results (Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
3. Forwarding of tournament results to third parties (see section Disclosure to Third Parties).

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without the required data, participation in the tournament is not possible.

Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. Withdrawal means that we will no longer process your data for the specified purposes from that point on and will delete it, unless further processing is legally permitted. Please note that withdrawing your consent before the event may result in you being unable to participate in the tournament.

1. HEMA Ratings: for inclusion in the international ranking list.
2. Austrian Federation for Historical Fencing (ÖFHF): for documentation and management of national tournaments and inclusion in the national ranking list.
3. General publication on the website: for inclusion in any national ranking lists.

The data disclosed includes only your name, type of participation, tournament results, and tournament ranking. The operators of these platforms are responsible for the further processing of the data. For more information, please refer to their respective privacy policies:

Data Retention
We retain your data for up to seven years after the event for administrative and promotional purposes. For data published in ranking lists, the respective platform operators are responsible. Ranking list data on this website (name, tournament participation, ranking) will be stored indefinitely.

Right to Object to the Publication of Tournament Results
The disclosure and publication of your tournament results is based on our legitimate interest in managing ranking lists and documenting the event's outcomes. You have the right to object to the disclosure or publication of your results on grounds relating to your particular situation.

In the event of an objection, we will assess whether our legitimate interests outweigh your rights and interests. If they do not, your results will not be disclosed or published.

Security Measures
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

Legal Remedies
You have the following rights:

• Access to the data we store about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it
• Restriction of the processing of your data
• Data portability of the data you have provided
